Louay built the AI backend behind bilingual conversations, knowledge retrieval, streaming experiences, partner configuration, analytics, and event operations. The multilingual retrieval layer handles Arabic and English chunking, RTL text, caching, guardrails and source tracing so answers can be inspected.
