At Verofax, he led production Arabic and English AI systems for enterprise and government contexts and built the AI backend behind the Holobox interactive-avatar platform. His work has been demonstrated across major GCC events and institutions.

- Led design and deployment of production RAG chatbots with LangChain and Azure OpenAI over hundreds of bilingual English/Arabic documents.
- Cut end-to-end response latency from about 4–5s to about 1s using semantic chunking, retrieval tuning, answer-length constraints and multi-layer caching; reduced token cost.

- Modernised a traceability platform in Angular and Material Design.
